MindLab do Brasil Comércio de Livros LTDA., legal entity of private law, established in the city of São Paulo/SP, on the street Humberto I, 220, 2nd floor, CEP 04.018-030, inscribed on CNPJ/MF under no. 10.391.836/0001-18 (“Mind Lab”), makes available to you (hereinafter "User") this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is intended to inform you, User of the online platform (“Platform”), through the address www.mindlab.net, developed and provided by Mind Lab, for the use of the Methodology of the MenteInovadora Program and the services provided, regarding the treatment of your data, including, but not limited to, the collection, use, storage, sharing and deletion of your information, spontaneously provided or collected automatically.

By subscribing to the Platform, the User expresses the free and consented acceptance of this Privacy Policy, so that the User agrees and allows the treatment of his information from his registration in the Platform, expresses free, expressed and informed consent. 1. INFORMATION COLLECTED

The Mind Lab collects the information entered by the User on the Platform, such as registration details, course evaluations, comments etc. In summary, are stored by the Mind Lab, he data actively provided by the User in the use of the Platform, also considered the information imported from the social network Facebook, if the User chooses this form of registration.

If you choose the registration option via import data from your Facebook account, the User agrees and expressly authorizes the Mind Lab to gain access, store and use your data that are linked to that social network, specifically, name, surname, hometown, email, age, profile picture, friends list. The Mind Lab also collects certain information automatically when the User accesses and uses the platform, such as device characteristics of access, browser, Internet Protocol (IP, with date and time), IP source, information about clicks, pages accessed, the following pages accessed after leaving the Platform, or any search term entered on the Platform, among others. In addition, the Mind Lab may use some standard technologies to collect User information, especially cookies, to enhance your browsing experience.

The User may, at any time, block some of these technologies for automatic data collection. However, if this configuration is implemented, it is possible that some of the functions offered by the Platform will no longer function correctly.

2. USE AND TREATMENT OF THE INFORMATION

The Mind Lab considers all the information collected through the Platform as confidential. Therefore, it will only use them as described here and authorized by the User.

All the information registered and collected in the Platform are used for the provision of services by the Mind Lab, to improve the User's browsing experience on the Platform, as well as for advertising, statistical purposes and User's participation in Incentive Programs created or coming from Mind Lab, according to specific Regulation.

Additionally, if the User's School is a partner of Mind Lab, information relating to your access, performance, and engagement may be shared with the respective educational institution, with or without individual identification.

In the same way, the User, if so desires, expressly consent to receive promotional emails from the Mind Lab or its partners, as well as any other related communications. The User that does not wish to receive such messages should contact Mind Lab, requesting the termination of receiving these messages.

Also important to note that the Platform may contain links to other pages that have Privacy Policy with various provisions other than the provisions of this document. In this way, Mind Lab is not responsible for the collection, use, sharing and storage of data of the Users by those responsible for those pages, it is up to the User to verify the way of processing the data collected by these third parties, with which the Mind Lab has no link.


3. INFORMATION SHARING

As described in the Terms of Use of the Platform, which form part of this Privacy Policy, essays and materials developed through the Platform may be sent to third parties for correction. If this is necessary, such essays and materials will be identified by codes randomly generated by the Mind Lab, so that the Mind Lab will not provide personal information to third parties from the Users. The Mind Lab is not responsible for any personal information that the Users insert in their essays and materials that allow their identification, and the Users are solely responsible for the inclusion of any personal data or information in their essays.


4. STORAGE OF THE INFORMATION

User´s information will be stored by Mind Lab on its own servers or contracted servers.

This Policy represents Mind Lab's effort to safeguard the information of the Users of its Platform. However, because of the very nature of the Internet, it can not be guaranteed that malicious third parties will not succeed in improperly accessing the information stored by Mind Lab.


5. EXCLUSION OF THE INFORMATION

The information referred to in this Policy will be excluded upon request of the User, which must be done through the e-mail address nac@mindlab.com.br.

The information referred to in this Policy will be excluded by Mind Lab when it is no longer useful for the purposes for which it was collected.

The Mind Lab will make every effort to address all requests for deletion in the shortest possible time. Such exclusion, therefore, also remove the Platform User's registration, which can no longer access it, including with regard to the courses/products purchased.

The User must also be aware that, even in the event of a request for exclusion, Mind Lab will respect the minimum information storage period determined by the brazilian law.


6. UPDATE OF THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy whenever necessary, in order to provide greater security and practicality to the User, being certain that these modifications will be communicated whenever there is a legal obligation in this regard. It is therefore important that the User reads the Policy with each new update, according to the date of modification informed at the end of this document.


7. COMPETENT LEGISLATION AND FORUM

This Privacy Policy shall be governed, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, Independently of the conflicts of these laws with laws of other states or countries, being competent the Forum of the District of the Capital of the State of São Paulo, to resolve any doubt arising from this instrument. The User expressly consents to the jurisdiction of this court, and hereby waives the jurisdiction of any other forum, no matter how privileged it may be or will be.
